What you need:
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery diagonally
- 1 / 2 cucumber diced
- 1 / 2 canned corn
- 1 / 2 canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 stick tuna, rinsed and drained
- Dressing of your choice (I use tomatoes and oregano Kraft)
- Herbs to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Serve with crackers and cheese.
